Pretty Poppy

I went out for karaoke and a drunk guy at the bar stopped me and asked, "Excuse me, is that a poppy on your wrist?"

"Yes, it is," I answered.

"What does that mean to you?" he inquired.

"Uh, it's a pretty piece of jewelry."

He then proceeded to tell me a story about poppies that I no longer remember.

Drunk people make me laugh.

I need suggestions for good karaoke songs, I never know what to sing! I wanted to sing Best for Last by Adele, but they didn't have it so I sang Come on Eileen by Dexy's Midnight Runners. What's your go-to karaoke song?

Nicht nur, dass Rosie Huntington-Whiteley die Rolle von Megan Fox in Transformer 3 bekommen hat, sie ist derzeit auch auf dem Cover des LOVE Magazines zu sehen. Heute wurde dann verkündet, dass das Model auch das Werbegesicht der Burberrykampange für den Sommer 2011 sein wird. Damit tritt sie in die Fußstapfen von Emma Watson, die zwei Saisons lang das Gesicht der britischen Marke war. Ich bin also sehr auf die Bilder gespannt und bin mir sicher, dass Rosie dann auch im Hebrst für Burberry laufen wird.

DIY : Miu Miu Tights

Erst als kindisch abgestempelt, wird die Miu Miu Kollektion derzeit sehr groß in der Moderwelt gefeiert. Die mädchenhaften Schuhe sind einer der Lieblinge für die kommende Sommer Saison. Auch Die Tights, die die Models bei der Show getragen haben, sind dementsprechend angesagt. Nur hat nicht jede das Geld um sich ein echtes Paar zu kaufen, auf einem Blog habe ich jetzt aber eine Anleitung gefunden, wie man sich eine solche Leggins selbst machen kann. Mir gefällt das Ergebnis sehr gut und hoffe einige von euch werden das nachmachen!

Typical Utahn

Yeah, I'm one of them.
A Utahn.
Its 45 degrees outside right now. Its sunny and bright.



I called it warm.
I went to lunch without my coat.


At this point I might as well put on my shorts and flip-flops. I'm pretty much there anyway.
If you go out in public today in Utah, look around. I'll bet you'll see plenty of people walking around just like that.

Its days like this that make me feel like I just can't wait till spring!

Its gonna be a bright, sunshine-y day!

I must admit that it quite excites me to see the daylight lasting longer with each passing day. I may have snowed pretty much every day this week and the ground hog may not have seen his shadow, but that doesn't mean there isn't hope. The longer days tell me that spring is indeed coming and nothing can stop it.
