Makeup Monday - Revlon Colorburst & Super Lustrous Lips

Happy Monday, my friend! It's time to chat about another little bit of cosmetic candy and today it's all about the lips!

I first tried Revlon's Colorburst lip gloss at Lucky FABB and I've been using it in Peony off and on ever since. I really like the flatter shape of the applicator and the gloss itself isn't too sticky. Last week, Target sent me some beauty samples, one of them being Colorburst lip gloss in Hot Pink. I tried it and instantly fell in love with the hot hue on my lips. I simply needed to have it so I went to Target (with coupons in hand!) to get the full tube.

The bad news is their Colorburst selection was almost completely sold out! I didn't want any of the shades that were left so "Operation Hot Pink" was a bust. However, I did end up grabbing a tube of their Super Lustrous lipstick in siren--a burning orange-red. I'm sort of stoked to rock this beautifully bright color. Makeup Monday - Bare Escentuals Buxom Lash Mascara

It's not a secret that I'm sort of obsessed with mascara. It's my one beauty product that I constantly switch up and never question splurging for. I've tried so many different mascaras and I have several favorites by now, but I can't seem to stick with any one tube.

Until now.

I've been using Buxom Lash Mascara from Bare Escentuals off and on for a few months now and I just keep coming back to it.

The brush and formula give me the exact lash look I love; long, dark, full, and separated. Pair that up with a great lash primer for an absolutely winning combination. If you like a similar lash look, I really recommend giving this particular tube a try.

Makeup Monday: H&M Spring Nails

I may have accidentally acquired seven new colors for my polish collection over the weekend--oops! I think I might have a problem...

Anyway, four of them came from H&M... how have I never noticed before that H&M has nail polish? I picked up the purple/coral mini-collection from their spring nails collection.

Whenever I get a new color, I want to try it right away. But I only have two hands so my lovely roomie was kind enough to let me paint her nails with the coral color.

 
I love it! I'm super stoked to try out the rest!

Makeup Monday - Bite Beauty High Pigment Matte Lip Pencil

I'm a sucker for beauty products that I totally don't need and this matte lip pencil is no different. The minute I saw this red color in my activity feed on Kaboodle, I fell in love.

I want all six colors available at Sephora, but I think the pomegranate would be my favorite. I hope I get a chance to try this stuff out soon!

Makeup Monday - Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara

I almost never wear mascara on my bottom lashes, I think I stopped doing that somewhere around 8th grade. Since then I've come to find out that a lot of people believe that wearing mascara on your bottom lashes make you look older than you are. So you would think I wouldn't be as interested in the product as I am, but let's face it--I'm a mascara addict. That's why today, I'm wishing for Clinique's Bottom Lash Mascara ($10).
