Monday night, my sister and I had a free evening and decided to walk around the outdoor mall downtown. It was pretty chilly, but we stayed warm enough. I was mainly looking for a top to wear as part of my Halloween costume, but didn't really find anything. I ended up getting way more than I planned on getting considering I went there for costume needs, but I'm quite satisfied with my purchases. This skirt is just one of the things that I got that night.
The houndstooth skirt I got super on sale from Express, thanks Steph for making me go in there and trying it on. The light blue oxford shirt came from a trip to Old Navy when I needed to kills some time in between jobs. I really can't remember where the black tights came from or what the brand might be. I got the black oxford lace-up shoes new on eBay.
